Great place to stay when visiting Venice. - 20 minutes bus 53E away from Venice bus station, bus comes at 1 hr interval, last bus back hotel is 0000 - very affordable and convenient option - room is clean, check-in is smooth and very very nice environment - quiet and serene view from the hotel. - catching the bus can be stressful sometimes because there’s only 1 bus per hour. - but considering its price, convenience and everything the hotel has to offer, there’s no reason not to consider it when you are looking for the most wallet-friendly option but without compromising much of ur venice experience Note: if you are looking to see sunrise at Venice, the bus arrive as early as 0519, but we are too lazy for that Note2: a little bit tricky to get here from Venice ME station, might as well just take train to Venice SL and take the 53E bus (the timetable is attached)

Abundant breakfast each morning, with a good variety of foods. Includes eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, croissants, coffee, juice and others. The hotel is only 1 minute walk from the bus station, however please note that the frequency of the buses is around 45 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to get to Venice. The staff are very supportive, they even sell bus tickets at the reception and can advise you on bus times and attractions in Venice.

Excellent location, the bus stop that takes you to Venice is right in front of the hotel (takes about 20 minutes to reach Venice by bus).Whole day untill 12am at night you can find the buses. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful.There are luggage storage you can keep your luggage before and after checkin and checkout. You can buy one day and two day pass for buses and boats as well from the reception.This is the perfect place 10/10 I would rate.

Perfect location if you are going to take a ferry as part of your travels. Excellent breakfast,friendly staff with great recommendation for evening dinner. Underground parking which is great if youhave a car full of personal belongings. Great information for getting into the centre of VENICE. Bus stop close by.
