Comfortable bedding, room was always cleaned to a high standard, water was hot, fast wifi speeds & hotel was very quiet which was ideal. Bus stops directly outside the hotel as advertised which was convenient. Only drawback was there being only one lift which meant a small queue to get downstairs to checkout if you weren’t strong enough to carry your case down the stairwell. Therefore, if you’re catching an early bus to the airport, be sure to leave enough time to get downstairs with your cases.

Awesome neighbourhood, great location just a couple of minutes to bus-stop where you can directly reach to Venice island and the place had an option to keep the luggage in their locker room

Great place to stay when visiting Venice. - 20 minutes bus 53E away from Venice bus station, bus comes at 1 hr interval, last bus back hotel is 0000 - very affordable and convenient option - room is clean, check-in is smooth and very very nice environment - quiet and serene view from the hotel. - catching the bus can be stressful sometimes because there’s only 1 bus per hour. - but considering its price, convenience and everything the hotel has to offer, there’s no reason not to consider it when you are looking for the most wallet-friendly option but without compromising much of ur venice experience Note: if you are looking to see sunrise at Venice, the bus arrive as early as 0519, but we are too lazy for that Note2: a little bit tricky to get here from Venice ME station, might as well just take train to Venice SL and take the 53E bus (the timetable is attached)

This place was such a surprise! We stopped here overnight when we found out our ferry was rescheduled a day later than we planned. Best part is the friendly staff. Wonderful people! The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The whole place, while a little old, was extremely well cared for. I'd come back again in a heartbeat. We did not try the breakfast because we were in a hurry to catch the ferry

Abundant breakfast each morning, with a good variety of foods. Includes eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, croissants, coffee, juice and others. The hotel is only 1 minute walk from the bus station, however please note that the frequency of the buses is around 45 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to get to Venice. The staff are very supportive, they even sell bus tickets at the reception and can advise you on bus times and attractions in Venice.

Good place to sleep in a quiet area, good value for money. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice breakfast in a spacious place (bread, scrambled eggs, eggs, cheese, ham, sausages, bacon, biscuits/crossoints, cereals, milk, yoghurt, fruits). Bus to the centre every hour, it takes 20min
